Job summary

Taco Bell in Corvallis, OR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, coaching the team, and delivering memorable guest experiences. You’ll lead by example, train, recognize performance, and keep daily operations running smoothly in the GM’s absence.

This role emphasizes P&L oversight, labor management, inventory, health and safety compliance, and collaboration with the GM on hiring and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control, inventory, and labor practices.
• Strong communication skills for performance feedback and training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine and prioritizing guest needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence, maintain food safety and Core excellence.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members while promoting equity and inclusion.
