• Oversees daily restaurant operations and communicates with Franchisee about operations.
• Ensures compliance with Dunkin Brands standards, uniform, policies, and local laws.
• Manages labor, sanitation, self-assessments, and adherence to state and federal labor laws.
• Monitors sales and profit performance against budget.
• Maintains Serve Safe Certification and uses back office systems for ordering and onboarding.
• Enhances guest service by addressing feedback and consumer care.
• Manages staffing levels, hires and develops leadership, and fosters a positive work environment.
• Executes Dunkin Brands marketing windows and maintains safety and loss prevention policies.
• Achieves passing scores on corporate audits and health inspections.
• Accomplishes other reasonable requests from ownership.
