Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Florida. You will ensure product quality, guest satisfaction, and profitability while upholding Dunkin Brands standards and local laws.

You will hire, train, and develop the team, maintain Serve Safe certification, and execute marketing initiatives. A strong track record in quick service management and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a successful track record as manager in quick service food operations.
• Experience delivering high standards of guest service and team development in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to implement brand standards and comply with local health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations within the restaurant.
• Communicates with Franchisee about operational information.
• Ensures compliance with brand standards, uniform and appearance standards, policies, and laws.
• Monitors and drives sales and profit performance; works toward the budget.
• Maintains Serve Safe Certification.
• Hires, trains, and retains a strong team; develops Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders.
• Executes marketing windows and brand initiatives.
• Upholds safety, security, and loss prevention procedures.
