Job summary

Franchise Restaurant Concept Group seeks a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, drive guest experience, and build a high-performing team. You will own the P&L, manage labor and food costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards in both FOH and BOH.

Key duties include setting sales and profitability goals, training leaders, executing company initiatives, and delivering consistent, excellent financial and operational results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Prior restaurant management experience required.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all restaurant operations, including service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance.
• Set, communicate, and achieve goals related to sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding guest experience and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Drive financial performance by managing P&L, labor, food cost, and controllables.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health codes.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of managers and staff.
• Partner with HR for employee relations and policy adherence.
• Lead marketing initiatives and community engagement at store level.
