Job summary

Franchise Restaurant Concept Group seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive sales and profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage the P&L, oversee scheduling, training, and compliance, and cultivate a high-performing team across FOH and BOH.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior restaurant management experience required; multi-unit leadership preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations and team development.
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Partner with HR on employee relations and development.
