Franchise Restaurant Concept Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, drive sales and profitability, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will build a high-performing team and ensure compliance with company standards and health regulations.

The role requires strong financial acumen, multi-unit leadership, and a commitment to coaching, mentoring, and community engagement to grow traffic and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and valid driver’s license.
• Prior restaurant management experience required; multi-unit leadership preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and develop Team Members.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 50–55+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations, including service, food quality, cleanliness and Team Member performance.
• Set and achieve restaurant goals related to sales, profitability, operations, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive financial performance by managing P&L, labor, food costs, and other controllables.
• Oversee daily operations and participate in FOH/BOH when needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulations.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Lead local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
