Qualifications

• Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• An associate’s degree or equivalent, and at least one year of related experience or training.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to promote a positive team atmosphere; opportunities for growth and development.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
• Engage with guests in a positive manner to promote guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, develop and motivate team members; manage work schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning restaurant environment.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, preparation, and presentation of ingredients and menu items.
• Maintain local marketing programs to grow sales.
• Oversee administrative duties such as timekeeping, inventory, cash handling and sales reporting.
