Long John Silver's is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive exceptional customer service, and build a high-performing team. You will set the tone for hospitality, coach staff, and ensure the restaurant meets standards for quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of developing talent and delivering results in a fast-paced food service environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate the full restaurant and lead a strong team delivering great food and a friendly experience.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and execute training plans.
• Schedule and deploy the Team; address performance issues and resolve customer issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans, with leadership and communication at the core.
