Long John Silver's is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the operation and build a strong, customer‑focused team. You will hire, train, and develop staff, schedule shifts, and ensure excellent guest service while managing budgets and daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service/retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and a focus on people development. This is a full‑time role based on site with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of people development
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for long periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and lead the team to deliver great guest experiences
• Find, hire, and develop staff and execute new-hire orientation and training plans
• Schedule and deploy the team effectively and manage performance issues
• Assist in maintaining the restaurant budget and financial plans
• Address customer issues and ensure high hospitality standards
• Lead the team to meet safety and quality standards and drive continuous improvement
• Foster a positive, energetic work culture and strong guest service focus
