Job summary

Long John Silver's, LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to ensure top-tier operations across product preparation, customer service, and maintenance. The role leads a team, manages schedules, and upholds safety and food-handling standards to deliver high-quality meals and service.

The successful candidate will oversee inventory, local marketing, and administrative duties including timekeeping, cash handling and sales reporting, while fostering growth opportunities for staff and ensuring

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent and at least one year related experience.
Ability to work a minimum 50 hrs/wk including evenings and weekends.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to read, write and interpret safety rules and procedures.
Promote positive team atmosphere and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
Recruit, hire, develop and motivate team members; manage work schedules.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure equipment is in good condition.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of ingredients and menu items with food safety in mind.
Maintain a local marketing program to grow sales.
Manage administrative duties such as timekeeping, inventory control, cash handling and sales reporting.
