Job summary

Ramirez Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager in Colorado to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes staff leadership, service excellence, and strategic restaurant management.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, oversee menus and marketing efforts, monitor food quality, and drive profitability while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities are required.
• Extensive knowledge of food and wine is preferred.
• Proficient with restaurant management software and computer literacy.
• Experience in event planning and financial oversight is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation are essential.
