Responsibilities

• Completes opening/closing side work to prepare dining room, bar, kitchen and stations for operation.
• Cleans and organizes assigned stations prior to mealtime rush.
• Greets guests professionally.
• Presents menus and explains portions and allergens when asked.
• Uses suggestive selling to promote specials and menu items.
• Checks dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness.
• Serves customers per training guidelines.
• Maintains service areas during the shift.
• Cross-serves and assists team as needed.
• Handles payments and gives proper change.
• Thank guests and invites them back.
• Follows health regulations and reports safety concerns.
• Restocks dining room and bar and alerts kitchen staff to shortages.
