GDLP Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager in Colorado to lead all restaurant operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire and coach staff, manage costs, and ensure food safety and quality.

As a key leader, you will partner with the District Manager to hit company goals, uphold brand standards, and create a positive workplace where team members grow and excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
