Job summary

Front Range Holdings in Westminster, CO is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and coach a team of 15–30 employees. You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, manage inventory, and drive profitability while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include forecasting food needs, supervising preparation and service, greeting customers, handling cash, and enforcing company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with reliable transportation.
• Must have physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends and days off as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of Assistant Managers and approximately 15-30 employees depending on location.
• Oversees hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination of employees.
• Forecasts food items by estimating consumption per shift and ensures food safety and quality.
• Supervises food preparation and service operations and assists team during rush periods.
• Greet customers, take orders, handle cash, assemble orders and ensure accuracy of orders.
