Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role.
• Experience in customer service management.
• Extensive food and wine knowledge.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant software.
• Strong leadership and people skills; ability to motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation.
