GDLP Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all daily restaurant operations and drive exceptional guest experiences at our Denver-area locations.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team, building future leaders while maintaining a culture of accountability and strong financial performance. This is a key leadership role with responsibilities across operations, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
