Ramirez Hospitality Group seeks a friendly Server to deliver food and beverages with professionalism, accuracy, and warmth in a Denver-area dining setting.

You will greet guests, present menus, explain dishes, and suggest specials while ensuring a smooth guest experience from seating to payment. This role requires excellent communication, high energy, and adherence to health standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Language Ability: read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Math Ability: add, subtract, multiply, and divide; compute rate, ratio and percent.
• Reasoning Ability: apply common sense to carry out simple instructions and solve concrete problems.
• Work Environment: loud environment typical for hospitality.
• Physical Demands: lift up to 40 pounds; stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening/closing side work to prepare dining areas for service.
• Cleans and organizes stations in dining room and bar before peak times.
• Greets and welcomes guests in a professional manner.
• Presents menus and explains portions, ingredients, and potential allergies.
• Uses menu knowledge and payment options information during service.
• Uses suggestive selling to promote specials and desserts.
• Checks dishes/kitchenware for cleanliness before service.
• Maintains service areas throughout the shift.
• Cross-serves and assists team members as needed.
• Carries service trays to/from kitchen, bar, and dining room.
