Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexibly.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours across all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can‑do attitude.
• Good personal hygiene and reliability.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to maintain financial controls and coach staff.
• Positive, friendly, team‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash, and controllable expenses per guidelines.
• Drive sales by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service, and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all days and parts.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and AGM.
• Handle hiring for crew, shift leaders, and AGM.
• Coach and train staff to meet certification and performance levels.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation per regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all laws governing employment.
• Keep environment safe and take corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with maintenance department.
• Deliver excellent guest service and handle complaints to foster repeat business.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manage turnover through effective selection and training and positive work environment.
• Prepare food as needed and handle cash register responsibilities.
