Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Los Banos, CA. Lead daily operations to ensure quality, speed of service, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while maintaining profitability.

You will coach and develop team, manage scheduling and training, hire staff, and drive sales while controlling costs and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
Legal right to work in the United States.
Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

Ensures that cost categories including food cost, labor cost, cash and controllable expenses are controlled to company guidelines and budgeted levels.
Drives sales growth by improving bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
Maintains adequate staffing levels for all days and day parts to meet scheduling requirements.
Prepares and conducts crew member, shift manager, and assistant general manager performance appraisals.
Performs hiring for new crew, shift leaders, and assistant general managers.
Coaches and trains staff to achieve certification and performance goals, and maintains a positive work environment.
