Job summary

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality through 100% table visits.
• Handle guest complaints effectively.
• Assist with staffing, interviewing, and training to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Lead shift meetings and gather team feedback.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and development goals for hourly staff.
• Ensure adherence to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food, OSHA, and HACCP standards.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and related records.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with leadership and ensure vendor relations.
