Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager who will focus on guest experience, serving great food, cleanliness, inventory control, local marketing, staff recruitment, and safety standards. You’ll lead a team and keep operations running smoothly.

Day-to-day duties include recruiting and rewarding team members, enforcing safety protocols, maintaining records to drive sales, reaching out to prospects, supporting marketing initiatives, and planning events and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment, with supervising and training staff.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including awareness of local and national healthy and food safety codes.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives and preparing for a new marketing window.
• Planning special events and promotions.
