Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a restaurant environment, supervising and training staff.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge/ POS familiarity required.
• Ability to operate POS system and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure food is prepared & served.
• Keep restaurants functional, clean and beautiful.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives, including community outreach.
• Recruit staff and maintain safety and security standards.
• Identify prospective Guests to promote sales.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives; plan events and promotions.
