Pancheros Mexican Grill in Marion, IA is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive performance. You will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; schedule and monitor attendance; enforce policies; manage safety, sanitation, and quality standards; and control costs while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Directly supervises restaurant operations to meet company standards in customer satisfaction, speed of service, food quality, safety and sanitation.
Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates staff; schedules attendance and monitors performance.
Manages labor, inventory, cash handling and financial accountability within the restaurant.
Addresses customer complaints and resolves issues to satisfaction.
Ensures proper portion controls, quality prep, and adherence to safety/sanitation policies.
Markets the restaurant in the local community to increase brand awareness.
