Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial performance, production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing in line with owner and franchisor guidelines.

The role requires developing and executing the game's plan with the DM, ensuring guest service meets company standards, handling customer complaints, engaging with local chambers and schools to boost sales, and leading staffing, scheduling and performance reviews

Qualifications

• Oversees all areas of restaurant operations and makes final decisions on important matters.
• Ensures PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into daily operations.
• Develops and achieves the restaurant's game plan with their DM.
• Ensures guest service meets company standards.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer complaints and resolves issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with the local chamber and schools to grow restaurant sales.
• Staffs, trains and develops assistant managers and hourly employees; conducts performance reviews.
• Manages scheduling to ensure proper staffing for all day parts and sales volumes.
• Manages restaurant P&L to optimize profit, controls COGS, Labor, and Controllables.
