Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Restaurant Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensure inventory and money controls, and uphold food safety, cleanliness, and safety standards. You will recruit and train staff, manage 40-50 hour weeks, and drive local marketing initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, schedule management, and adherence to health codes, with a focus on high-quality service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a QSR environment with supervisory/training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages staff of approximately 4 to 12; assigns, oversees and evaluates work; conducts staff evaluations.
• Communicates changes of food preparation formulas, standards, etc.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety policy followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
