Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee the complete operations of a restaurant, including finance, production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing. The role ensures adherence to owner/franchisor guidelines, drives guest satisfaction, and leads profitability efforts.

Key duties include shaping the game plan with the district manager, staffing and training managers and staff, and maintaining high service standards across all areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing restaurant operations and teams.
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction and uphold company standards.
• Strong financial acumen including controlling costs and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all areas of restaurant and makes final decisions on matters of importance.
• Ensures guest service in all areas meets company standards.
• Responds to customer complaints and resolves problems to maintain satisfaction.
• Manages P&L to optimize profit, and controls COGS, labor, and controllables.
• Staffs, trains and develops assistant managers and hourly employees.
• Ensures proper staffing for all day parts and sales volumes.
• Works with the DM to develop and achieve the restaurant's game plan.
