Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an operations leader to oversee and optimize multi-unit restaurant performance across locations. You will drive financial results, product production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing under owner/franchisor guidelines.

You will train general managers and hourly staff, ensure guest service standards, handle customer issues, and collaborate with local partners to grow sales while managing schedules and costs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop managers and staff.
• Proven ability to meet guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of multi-unit restaurants and make final decisions.
• Ensure operations align with owner/franchise guidelines and game plan.
• Provide daily communication with Director of Operation and managers.
• Ensure guest service meets company standards and handle complaints.
• Manage P&L, COGS, labor and controllables across locations.
