Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age possessing strong communication skills.
• Open availability for either/both am and pm shifts with varying responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Ability to achieve certifications for all stations in BOH/FOH unless otherwise noted.
• Be dependable and hard-working with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Meet any Karalina Enterprises LLC/ Little Caesars hiring requirements and background verification guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs team members to ensure accurate, complete orders within service-time goals.
• Ensures high-quality products and teaches station responsibilities.
• Operates location efficiently with or without higher leadership; delegates shift tasks.
• Upholds clean and organized restaurant standards per local government guidelines.
• Maintains proper image per Orientation and Training Handbook.
• Completes daily financial paperwork, temperature logs, inventory, checklists, and oversees deliveries.
