Little Caesars is seeking a Co-Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, overseeing Team Members and ensuring timely, accurate service to customers. You will support the General Manager in achieving profitability while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on management, effective communication, and the ability to work a varied schedule across days and evenings. A customer-focused mindset and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail or customer-facing roles is required.
• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments.
• Must be flexible for varied schedules, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily responsibilities.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Team Members on assigned shifts.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and restaurant image per policies.
• Manage cash handling and financial controls.
• Assist in staffing, training, and scheduling as directed by management.
• Support opening/closing procedures and emergency incident handling.
• Drive costs control measures and monitor shift activities.
• Complete paperwork accurately as required by management.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff to meet standards.
