Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) managing role or 1 year in a full service managing role.
• Open availability for any shift with varying responsibilities as assigned by management with the availability to work a varying 46+ hours work week and minimum of 4 night shifts based on need.
• Current certifications for all stations in BOH/FOH unless otherwise noted.
• Be dependable and hard-working with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and directs team members/shift leaders/assistant managers to help ensure customers are served accurate and complete orders within service-time goals.
• Assists and ensures restaurant staff prepares consistent and high-quality products as required to meet/exceed company standards.
• Responsible for efficient operation of the location with or without the assistance of a higher leadership present.
• Upholds standards for a clean and organized restaurant as required by local/government agencies.
• Efficiently and consistently completes designated financial paperwork, temperature logs, daily inventory, completes required checklists.
• Assists/oversees all hiring needs and develops individual staff members while providing direction.
