Job summary

Taco Bell in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, lead by example, train staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage daily operations in the GM's absence, drive performance, and foster a culture of fun, growth, and accountability during a 50-hour work week with 40 pay hours plus 10 OT hours. This role offers paths for advancement and strong team incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience in coaching and providing performance feedback.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Model the MIC Success Routine to drive customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence and food safety standards; uphold Core excellence.
• Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback; address employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members; promote equity and belonging.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, cash control, inventory, and labor oversight.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
