Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the United States to lead daily restaurant operations, support the GM, and promote brand standards. You will train, coach, and recognize your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while taking charge in the GM's absence.

You will oversee scheduling, performance feedback, and adherence to safety standards, driving profitability and a positive work culture. This role offers growth and the chance to contribute to a popular brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Lead efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the GM in the hiring process.
• Possess strong communication for conducting performance appraisals, discipline, and training.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, OH&S, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee adherence to Shift Excellence, maintain food safety standards, and act in GM's absence.
• Collaborate with GM on performance feedback and issue resolution.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members with inclusive culture.
• Support Profit & Loss management, including cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Assist GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
