The role requires 3–5 years in restaurants, valid certifications for food handling and alcohol service, and strong leadership plus communication skills to mentor teams and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory criminal history.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and alcohol service.
• Ability to read, write clearly, and perform basic to intermediate math.
• Familiarity with managing budgets, inventory, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervise staff for smooth restaurant performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handling of guest needs and complaints.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant personnel and foster teamwork.
