Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of its premium hotel restaurants. This full-time role requires strong leadership, guest focus, and a hands-on management style to drive excellence across shifts.

You will oversee all service and kitchen interactions, manage P&L and scheduling, mentor teams, and collaborate with culinary and service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences and repeat guest visits across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and control labor/food costs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of developing future leaders from within.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations across shifts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and high-quality service and presentation.
• Lead P&L oversight, reporting, payroll, and scheduling.
• Mentor and develop the team to deliver upscale service.
• Identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced setting.
