Job summary

Major Food Group is seeking a passionate hospitality leader to maintain the highest standards of service in an upscale dining restaurant. You will work under the GM to manage daily operations and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a restaurant/hospitality management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Culinary certificate or equivalent culinary experience preferred.
• Experience launching new restaurants, training staff and implementing new systems.
• Team-oriented leader willing to roll up sleeves and lead by example.
• Highest standards of honesty, integrity, humility and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of upscale dining restaurant.
• Schedule and assign tasks to staff as directed by the GM.
• Ensure policies are upheld.
• Deliver exemplary guest service.
• Other duties to ensure smooth operations.
