Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Albuquerque to support daily operations and guest experience. You’ll help deliver friendly, prompt service and great food in a clean, inviting environment while coordinating with the General Manager and team.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, training, and maintaining safety and financial controls in a fast-paced setting with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
