Charter Foods in Clemmons, NC, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, build a strong team, ensure exceptional hospitality, and drive profitability. You will hire, train, schedule staff and manage budgets while maintaining high food safety and customer service standards.

The role requires leadership, a track record of people development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; compensation includes competitive salary and benefits.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and a friendly experience.
• Find, hire and develop employees, conduct new hire orientation and execute the training plan for each new hire.
