Job summary

Landed is seeking a General Manager to direct and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations at our Clemmons location. You will lead planning, training, and daily supervision to meet targets for sales, guest satisfaction, product quality, and sanitation.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, inventory control, scheduling, coaching the team, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. A minimum of 2 years in restaurant management and strong cash handling skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to brand standards and maintain standards with team members.
• Lead, train, and motivate team and managers to deliver quality service and food.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, inventory, scheduling.
• Basic math and financial skills for cash handling and reporting.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, implement and manage planning, organizing, training and leadership to achieve objectives for sales, cost controls, guest service, product quality and cleanliness.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to all policies and standards.
• Support local marketing efforts such as catering orders or community events.
