Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who will lead the entire operation, build a strong team, and ensure great food and a friendly customer experience. You will hire, train, schedule, and develop staff while managing budgets and financial plans.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a high school diploma or GED, and solid leadership and communication skills. Great career growth awaits.

• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour work week.
