Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values and lead the restaurant team. You will manage the operation, ensure safe, high‑quality food and a friendly guest experience, and drive strong teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and a friendly experience.
