Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years of restaurant management experience with proven cost and labor controls.
• College degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Experience supervising dining room and beverage staff; strong customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food, beverage costs and labor budgets.
