HVMG is seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee hotel dining services, drive exceptional guest experiences, and lead the F&B team. You will manage staff, coordinate operations, and monitor budgets and inventory to maintain service standards.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus; combination of education and experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read product labels and communicate with guests.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel and lift as required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets to ensure seamless service.
• Manage F&B staff, coordinate daily operations, and oversee budgets and inventory.
• Report to Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager.
• Drive guest satisfaction and uphold Culture of Excellence across the department.
