You will oversee all aspects of the business, manage cost of goods and labor, lead a team through recruiting, training, and coaching, and drive a high-energy guest experience in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.

• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities
