Job summary

Panchero's Mexican Grill is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, supervise 3–10 team members, and uphold quality, safety, and customer experience. The role offers a fun culture, flexible schedule, and opportunities for career advancement in a fast-paced, scratch-made kitchen environment.

You will train staff, handle cash, serve as Manager on Duty, and contribute to a positive guest experience while supporting the General Manager and restaurant operations.
