Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations in Kihei, Hawaii. You will ensure high quality products and customer service, lead a self-sufficient team, and drive profitability by enforcing company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include recruiting staff, maintaining staffing levels, training, achieving sales targets, and controlling costs with the FOCUS System, while ensuring food safety and compliance with laws.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Must have a driver's license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, proof of insurance, satisfactory vehicle and the ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to our customers by ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John's standards and reflects the customer's order.
• Actively recruit customer-focused team members, maintain adequate staffing levels, train team members, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage sales goals against budget and prior year by providing prompt and friendly customer service and driving local marketing.
• Manage profit goals against budget; control food, labor and other costs; utilize the FOCUS System and plan inventory to meet demand.
