Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by maintaining standards and ensuring orders reflect customer requests.
• Recruit and train staff, manage staffing levels, conduct performance reviews, and enforce standards.
• Manage sales and profitability by meeting budgeted targets and promoting local marketing.
