Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products by maintaining standards and addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Recruit and train staff to exceed customer expectations and maintain uniforms.
• Manage sales against budget with local marketing and community presence.
• Control costs (food, labor) and manage inventory and cash with the restaurant system.
