Job summary

Papa John’s Kihei in Hawaii is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to supervise shifts, uphold quality products and customer service, and help drive restaurant profitability.

You will oversee station operations, ensure compliance with policies and laws, mentor team members, manage cash, inventory, and safety, and maintain fast, accurate service for guests.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior shift-lead experience; Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Prior restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Cash handling, planning and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and/or work areas to ensure quality products and service.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, programs and systems; ensure legal compliance.
• Manage stations (dough, portioning) and maintain product holding times.
• Provide feedback, resolve problems and maintain cleanliness and costs.
• Assist with inventory and cash handling using company systems.
