Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, proof of insurance, satisfactory vehicle and the ability to drive.
• Skills: Cash management; planning and organization; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and reflects the customer’s order; respond to customer concerns or issues; solicit and act on feedback to improve operations and build brand loyalty.
• Actively recruit customer-focused team members, maintain staffing levels, orient/train staff to exceed customer expectations, conduct performance reviews, and coach and develop the team.
• Manage sales goals against budget by driving friendly service and increasing check averages; explore local marketing to boost community presence.
• Manage profit goals by controlling food/labor costs, using the FOCUS System, and planning to meet budget; oversee inventory, assets, safety and maintenance.
• Plan and manage inventory levels to meet sales demands and minimize loss; ensure the restaurant is clean and properly equipped; maintain safety and security standards.
