Job summary

Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager in Grand Rapids. The role provides leadership, supervision and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

You will lead a fast-paced, multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment team and drive hourly staff performance to exceed guest expectations while maintaining energy for 100K daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience leading a team to create a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations.
• Demonstrate proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.
• Interact with guest‑service focused team members in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development.
